About the Role

As a Recruiter at Aureol Global Connections, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients across various sectors. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placement and post-placement support.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Placement and Onboarding: Facilitate seamless placement and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market conditions to provide informed recruitment advice to clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing, construction, or engineering sectors.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
